ABOUT JUAN GALVIN

I have had a passion for health and fitness from a young age, playing high level sports such as rugby and touch. Was sick of being skinny so I got into the gym at the age of 16 and started working on myself. I fell in love with the process and want to put my energy into helping others build confidence and transform their body for the better. I use hypertrophy/ endurance training, HIIT and functional training to build muscle and melt body fat. also love a quick pump before hitting the beach lol.
